I’m writing this after only having seen the first season – but believe me this is a quality production. The music is a very wonderful background to all the excellent acting. Faith , who is a lawyer , is married to another lawyer who takes french leave – early on. We follow Faith through the ups and downs of losing her husband , and even her children for a short while. A somewhat unscrupulous female gendarme (police officer in french) casts aspersions on Faith’s character – ( Is she trying to get insurance money from her husband’s demise? or is she taking up a sexual relationship with one of her former clients who is helping her in this trying time ? ) This show is never boring. There is a second season – but we will wait until Amazon gets its hands on it.
