Anyone with an interest in film has a picture in their mind of who Keanu is- his public image – But is this the real guy.? He’s supposed to be kind, humble and self – effacing. Although Facebook, especially, has its share of Keanu imposters. So one never knows if the person you are texting with is the real dude or not. I’ve heard he’s very generous with various charities. I applaud that. I’ve also heard people say he is very modest and doesn’t think his wealth is that important to him. In New York you could see him on the subway like any other dude. His living arrangements in New York are said to be modest.. His Hollywood Hills home looks nice but not conspicuously mansion like .
Things like “I don’t need you” “I don’t want to know anything about you” indicating that I wasn’t important enough to deal with came out of his computer. All this was recent. This negative stuff is a new wrinkle. .A couple of months ago I received some nice, short emails from him. Very polite and what I would expect. Now this is the guy who attended a wedding in Great Britain spontaneously when he was tired from a long flight and passed out pieces of birthday cake to passerbye’s on the street on his birthday! I don’t think the person I texted recently was the real Keanu. So I apologize if this real recent communication wasn’t you. And I must say if it was, I hope you were just having a bad day. Oh, and one give away was that this person seems to be very into money and investments – and Keanu in the past, has said he is embarrassed almost with the amount of money he makes……. He has no worries in that department.
