Skillfully written by Tom Hanks who also stars. I’m generally not into WW2 epics, but this one really moves – excellent pace and emotion. Apple is really coming out with some compelling offerings. Rarely do you see a commander of a vessel think thoughtfully about the lives lost on a German submarine.
